PalmAgent
PalmAgent's poorly designed, low-performing single-page layout wasn’t meeting the standard that the company holds in the Real Estate Industry. By revamping the user interface with a clean, intuitive design, I significantly improved navigation and user experience. The site now adapts seamlessly to all devices, and I implemented advanced SEO strategies to boost visibility. The result is a sleek, high-functioning website that better represents PalmAgent and offers a smoother, more detailed experience for users.
PalmAgent - Title
As part of redesigning PalmAgent’s website, one of the key goals was to clearly communicate how the platform serves both real estate agents and title operations. Recognizing that PalmAgent is primarily a tool for Realtors, while also offering valuable features for title-facing professionals, I created a separate experience for each audience. By clearly defining these two distinct value propositions, the website now effectively addresses the needs of both user groups, ensuring that each understands how PalmAgent can help them succeed.
White-Labeled
One of the biggest selling points for PalmAgent’s clients is our white-label solution for title companies, which allows them to offer a fully branded version of the app to their customers. Title companies can customize the product with their own rates and fees, creating a seamless, personalized experience for their users. Additionally, they receive a company-branded download site that they can use to market and promote “their product” as if it were developed in-house.
Equity Review Calculator
At PalmAgent the Equity Review Calculator is just one of over 20 calculators made to help Realtors but is definitely one of the most popular. We’re currently going through each PA calculator and giving them a facelift, this being the first one on the list due to its popularity. Realtors can share this calculator with their clients or use it as an in person tool to flex their muscles and show their worth. Many homeowners don’t really know the amount of equity they have in their home so this tool can be a real eye opener for them.
